Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy tailored to student needs
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and document outcomes in compliance with school guidelines
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals alongside multidisciplinary teams
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to optimize student communication in the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student performance and progress reports
