Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting, working with students in grades K-5. This in-person position is located in Willis, MI, and offers a supportive environment focused on early childhood speech and language development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for speech and language disorders in elementary-aged children
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Supporting students' communication skills to enhance their academic and social success
  • Maintaining detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participating in school meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with school teams
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
