Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in a school setting with elementary-aged children (K-5) is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students in grades K-5
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals

  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language development
