Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based settings
- Ability to navigate IEP processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication skills with students, educators, and families
- Compassionate approach and commitment to fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct speech-language services
- Offer interventions tailored to diverse needsincluding articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and pragmatics
- Collaborate with teaching staff and counselors on evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support families in understanding student strengths and needs
- Cultivate positive and inclusive classroom environments

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
