To excel in this role, candidates should have:

• Active CA SLP License
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and elementary student populations
• Ability to work with SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY requirements
• Familiarity with delivering speech and language interventions in school settings
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to create individualized therapy plans
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations for the educational team
• Supporting students' overall communicative competence within the school environment
