What Were Looking For:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, especially early intervention
- Strong knowledge of best practices for early childhood communication disorders
- Collaboration skills to work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based services
Your Impact:
- Manage a full-time caseload of preK students, providing both assessment and direct therapy services
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that target specific speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to professional development activities as needed
