What Were Looking For:
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license; ASHA CCCs or clinical fellows welcome
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with grades 6-12 preferred
- Previous service in Pennsylvania schools is an asset
- Willingness to perform both direct therapy and comprehensive assessments
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of IEP development and participation in the IEP process
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, documenting progress
- Participate actively in the IEP process with staff and families
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Contribute to a positive learning environment for students requiring speech and language support
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communication with educational staff
