What Were Looking For:

• Current Pennsylvania SLP license; ASHA CCCs or clinical fellows welcome
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with grades 6-12 preferred
• Previous service in Pennsylvania schools is an asset
• Willingness to perform both direct therapy and comprehensive assessments
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP development and participation in the IEP process

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, documenting progress
• Participate actively in the IEP process with staff and families
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Contribute to a positive learning environment for students requiring speech and language support
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communication with educational staff
