Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure as required by the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants considered
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to various caseloads and ability levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with students IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adjusting as needed throughout the year
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in professional development
• Offer guidance and support to classroom staff, fostering an inclusive learning environment
