Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Michigan
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience supporting students at the early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Solid organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver therapy services individually and in groups to students of varying ages and needs
• Track and document progress, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights and recommendations
• Consult with educators and families to support each students speech and language development
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards in all responsibilities
