Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings desirable
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Provide direct therapyas well as support and consultationto students and educational staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of progress, interventions, and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language development
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit virtual or in-person learning environments
