Step into a vital onsite role as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract position focuses on bringing comprehensive communication services to a diverse student population while collaborating closely with faculty and families. You'll use your expertise to assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based interventions, all in a supportive and inclusive educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (submit a screenshot of licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background/fingerprinting (CORI) check
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Professional punctuality, with prompt communication regarding absences

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Evaluate students, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student achievement
• Conduct screenings and participate in special education meetings as needed
• Engage parents and caregivers in the therapy process and provide resources for home use
• Attend scheduled meetings and professional development sessions
