Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in an in-person school setting. This role supports the communication and speech development of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Both full-time and part-time positions are open, with consideration given to Candidates who are Clinical Fellows (CF).

Location: Westerville, OH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly to adjust therapies as needed
  • Maintain compliance with school policies and professional standards

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students and staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to supporting students educational and communicative growth
