Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking hands-on experience and mentorship
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Passion for supporting student achievement in both individual and group settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students unique goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Offer both push-in and pull-out services to best meet student needs
- Document and report on student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
- Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development
