Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure and credentials to provide Speech-Language Pathology services in schools
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication skills with students, faculty, and families
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify and assess speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in collaboration with education teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and sessions
• Support the integration of communication strategies in classrooms
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Serve as a resource for families and school staff on speech-language topics
