Role Overview:

  • Provide direct speech-language pathology services to high school students within a specialized program focused on independence and personalized learning plans
  • Implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services (evaluation experience not required), supporting students with varied communication needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute IEPs
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state standards

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP - CCC and School SLP credentials, meeting all state and local requirements
  • Direct experience with AAC services and high school caseloads
  • Previous school-based work preferred, especially with ASD and diverse learners
  • Exceptional teamwork, organization, and communication skills
