This contract opportunity near West Springfield, MA, seeks a dedicated SLP to support K-12 students with their communication needs. Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Passion for fostering student growth and supporting diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide direct therapy as well as support in the classroom environment
