Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Experience in a school setting a plus, but all dedicated SLPs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Maintain individualized education program (IEP) documentation and participate in meetings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide both individual and small group therapy sessions
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learning needs across grade levels
  • Offer consultation and training to teachers and support staff as needed
