A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school in West Springfield, Massachusetts. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and involves working with K-12 students to provide speech and language support.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license is required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in a school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
