Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state of Massachusetts
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Current knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and therapy interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services and use evidence-based intervention strategies
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to support student needs
• Advocate for students communication goals in the school setting
