Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Assignment Details:

Start Date End Date: August 24, 2026 May 27, 2027
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Adolescents (middle + high school students)
Services: Direct and indirect speech and language services
Setting: Onsite only (virtual not available)


About the Role

Join Sunbelt Staffing as a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the 20262027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across two campuses, supporting students in developing essential communication skills that drive academic achievement and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services
  • Conduct evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation


Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida SLP license required
  • ASHA CCCs preferred
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
