Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs will be considered
  • Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with educational standards and student needs
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on student progress and adapt interventions as necessary
  • Offer resources, support, and education to families and staff regarding communication strategies and student needs
  • Engage in school community events to support inclusive learning environments
