Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but new graduates will also be considered
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations for students with speech and language impairments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Track progress and document services in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Communicate regularly with families and educational staff to coordinate care and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative educational planning
