Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Current license to practice as an SLP in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage students speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual educational needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to evaluations and progress reporting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Provide training and resources for staff and families as necessary
