Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in schools preferred, but outstanding clinical skills from healthcare or pediatric settings are welcome
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt services to individual needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined by IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in progress meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Deliver training and guidance for classroom staff to facilitate carryover of strategies
• Stay current with best practices, participate in professional development, and contribute to a positive school climate
