Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to the needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students as indicated by their IEPs
• Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain up-to-date student records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
