Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to the needs of diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students as indicated by their IEPs
- Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Document therapy sessions and maintain up-to-date student records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Stay current with best practices and continue professional development
