Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Competency in assessment, developing IEPs, and providing direct therapy in school environments
• Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and AAC devices preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students with speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports according to school district policies
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and other school events as appropriate
