Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain a license in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and deliver personalized intervention plans tailored to students' unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP (Individualized Education Program) development, and parent conferences
• Provide consultative support and training to school staff on communication disorders and strategies
