Make a difference in the lives of students as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting multiple campuses throughout the West Palm Beach area this summer! This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced SLP-CCCs seeking a part-time schedule working directly on-site within a diverse school district.
Youll collaborate with education teams to foster communication skills and promote student success from elementary through secondary grades. Opportunities are available across a variety of campuses, including elementary, high school, and PreK-12 settings for summer session dates: June 10, 2026, through July 16, 2026.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license from the Department of Health (CCC required)
- Prior school-based SLP experience, with comfort working with elementary or secondary students
- Ability to work on-site at assigned campuses (remote options are not available)
- Compliant with state credentialingincluding up-to-date fingerprints and ability to obtain a JLA badge (support provided if reprints are required)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students according to IEP goals
- Assess and document student progress, collaborating with educators and families
- Serve multiple school sites within the district as needed, supporting a variety of age groups (elementary, PreK-12, or secondary)
- Attend team meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
- Maintain timely records and ensure confidentiality at all times
