Youll serve across multiple school sites in the West Hartford area, guiding both a clinical fellow (CF) and a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Qualifications & Experience:

• Current CT SLP license with ASHA CCC required
• Sufficient professional experience to supervise both a CF and SLPA
• Previous work within a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Solid collaborative and communication abilities
• Proven capability to manage diverse caseloads and multitask effectively

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-2nd grade students
• Supervise, support, and provide feedback for both a CF and a SLPA
• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student growth
