What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP licensure in North Dakota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based settings
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse caseloads
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) including targeted therapy interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to help students meet communication goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing input and education to educators and family members
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with district and regulatory standards
