An exciting opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school setting in West Columbia, SC. This contract position spans from August 1, 2026, through May 29, 2027, with an average of 35 working hours per week. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate with educators and provide essential speech and language services to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and communications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Current licensure appropriate for school-based practice.
- Experience providing speech and language services within school settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and prioritize students needs.
Location: West Columbia, SC onsite assignment.
