Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Ability to tailor assessment and therapy plans to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based, pediatric-appropriate speech and language therapy
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Engage with families and educators to foster carryover of skills
