Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to tailor assessment and therapy plans to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver evidence-based, pediatric-appropriate speech and language therapy
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Engage with families and educators to foster carryover of skills
