Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows considered
  • Experience in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the school team and families
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to each students needs
  • Consult with educators and provide recommendations for classroom strategies and modifications
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, staff briefings, and school events as needed
