What Were Looking For:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• School-based experience strongly preferred, with knowledge of IEP processes
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students of varying ages
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students unique needs and IEP requirements
• Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of educational goals
