What Were Looking For:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- School-based experience strongly preferred, with knowledge of IEP processes
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to changing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students of varying ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students unique needs and IEP requirements
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of educational goals
