Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience working with school-aged children or in a school setting is highly valued
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and engage with a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and team members to support each students needs
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the professional growth of the school community
• Support students social, academic, and emotional growth through targeted therapy and advocacy
