An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful impact across multiple campuses in the greater Fort Worth area. This full-time, contract position is available immediately and extends through late May 2027, providing stability and the chance to work with diverse student populations from kindergarten through high school. The role requires on-site presence only and cannot be performed virtually.

Youll have opportunities to either supervise SLPAs and manage cases across two campuses (elementary and high school), or to deliver direct therapy and case management for a single school, depending on your interests and background. Both options promise rewarding experiences in supporting the academic and communication needs of students.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas SLP license (required)
• Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable
• Capable of efficiently supervising SLPAs and managing diverse caseloads
• Must complete required fingerprinting and credentialing with TEA (processing may take up to 10 business days)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Manage caseloads and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise SLPAs where appropriate
• Complete assessments, monitor progress, and ensure documentation compliance
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student success
• Provide services at both elementary and high school campuses, as assigned
