What Youll Need:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure or eligibility in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
• Previous experience in school settings strongly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document progress

What Youll Do:

• Assess students to determine speech and language therapy needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students, both one-on-one and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
• Complete all required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and help support compliance with special education requirements
• Provide education and resources to staff and families on speech and language development
