Core Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY considered
• Previous experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and guardians
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set therapy goals in collaboration with student teams
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators and families to facilitate classroom strategies and speech-language support
• Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and required documentation
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and participate in team evaluations
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric therapy and school compliance procedures
