Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid SLP - Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations, specifically at the elementary level.
  • Welcoming Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are eager to begin their school-based career.
  • Comfortable providing therapy across a diverse range of communication needs.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities for collaboration and reporting.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-5.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students based on their unique needs.
  • Maintain case documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting.
  • Partner with classroom teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Educate and empower families on strategies to support their childs language development at home.
