Job Description

This onsite contract opportunity runs from now through the end of the school year, with a schedule of 32 hours per week. Youll deliver specialized speech and language services designed specifically for diverse learners, collaborating closely with educators and families to ensure every child receives the tailored support they need.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Background in working with special education and at-risk students is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective schedules in partnership with Special Education Teachers
  • Coordinate and participate in testing, IEP meetings, and progress reporting
  • Provide up-to-date caseload documentation to maintain accurate student records
  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy through resource room, inclusion, or pullout models
  • Foster positive, collaborative relationships with school staff and student families
