Job Description

A School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for an elementary school setting serving grades K-5. This full-time, in-person position is located in Waterford, MI, and offers valuable benefits. Part-time applicants will also be considered for this contract role through the remainder of the school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-5 within an elementary school setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support each students communication and academic success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality, individualized therapy.

Location: Waterford, MI in-person role.
