Make a positive impact supporting students across PreK12th grade as a Speech Language Pathologist in a flexible contract role. This position, located in the New Haven area, offers both full-time and part-time schedules on a W2 contract. Deliver high-quality speech and language services to children and adolescents, utilizing your specialized skills in schools, pediatrics, teletherapy, and clinical fellowship settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials.
• State licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Connecticut.
• Experience in school-based settings with PreK12 students preferred.
• Skilled in teletherapy and pediatric services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication, language, or swallowing disorders among students.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and therapeutic interventions to address individual student needs.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to maximize student progress.
• Document all assessments, treatment sessions, and progress for compliance and reporting.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions regarding student success.
