Job Description

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) considered
  • Previous experience with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Competency with teletherapy services is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for diverse learners
  • Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions across PreK-12th grade
  • Collaborate with general educators, special education professionals, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school standards and contract requirements
  • Utilize technology to provide effective teletherapy, ensuring continuity of services
