Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in individual or group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Provide consultative support and training to staff and parents as needed
