Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Provide consultative support and training to staff and parents as needed
