While the role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, part-time applicants will also be considered. Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC or eligibility
• Experience working in elementary school settings, preferably grades K-5
• Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and screenings for students in grades K-5
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
• Deliver therapy services one-on-one or in small groups, targeting articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to support student learning and participation
• Maintain timely documentation on student progress and service delivery in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
