Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within schools
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and ability to document progress in accordance with educational standards
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students, identifying areas of need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and IEP participation
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to case discussions, and assist with student evaluations as needed
