Your experience with pediatric speech-language pathology, especially within school settings, will be instrumental in helping students reach their fullest communication potential. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow educators and multidisciplinary teams, developing tailored therapy plans and contributing to each childs success in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Rhode Island
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school environment working with K-12 students preferred
• Knowledge of best practices for pediatric speech and language needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services for K-12 students per individualized education plans
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and document outcomes
• Consult and collaborate with educators and families to support student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and input regarding speech and language development
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records in alignment with school and district policies
