Step into a rewarding onsite contract role supporting elementary and middle school students as a Speech Language Pathologist. This opportunity near Warwick, GA, focuses on pediatric populations within a school setting, allowing you to make a substantial impact in students communication and learning journeys.

Bring your expertise to a collaborative educational team, working closely with an engaging caseload of 45 to 50 students. Youll provide evaluative and therapeutic speech-language services, create individualized intervention plans, and monitor student progress throughout the school year. Hours are flexible within the 35-40 hour per week range, balancing professional fulfillment with personal priorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Georgia Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, especially school settings
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for diverse learners
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting and advocating for students academic success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Write and maintain documentation, including IEPs, progress notes, and annual reviews in accordance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to develop holistic intervention strategies
• Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings to contribute to student support plans
• Provide guidance and education to school staff regarding effective communication strategies
