Job Description

This contract opportunity focuses on pediatric populations, allowing you to utilize your clinical skills while working with a dedicated educational team. Youll collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to help students reach their full communicative potential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience providing therapy to pediatric and school-aged populations
- Solid understanding of IEPs, goal-setting, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to children with diverse needs in elementary and/or secondary school settings
- Assess, diagnose, and tailor treatment plans to address students unique challenges
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and progress notes according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports language and communication development
