Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school settings and working with pediatric caseloads is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and effective interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation findings and educational goals
• Document progress, maintain precise records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse needs, including language, articulation, and social communication disorders
