Full-time applicants (37.5 hours weekly) are preferred, but part-time professionals will also be considered, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle and commitments. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous experience or clinical placements in elementary school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable with in-person services and classroom integration

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings for students in grades K-5 to identify communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy in group and individual settings
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
  • Document and monitor student outcomes and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support initiatives
