Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Michigan SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high schools
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines
• Offer consultation and support for classroom accommodations
