Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Michigan
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-CCC)
• Experience delivering services in school environments across multiple grade levels (early childhood through high school)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions and strategies for diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
