Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or training in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language services
• Monitor progress and document student outcomes
• Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the special education process
• Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and state policies
