Key qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan (MI)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school setting, servicing K-12 caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite; virtual or remote work is not available for this role
• Passionate about collaborating with educators, families, and support staff

In this position, you'll:

• Assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans appropriate for each student's needs
• Work with K-12 students across varying levels of ability and backgrounds

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
