Job Description

What were seeking:

  • Active SLP license in Michigan (upload a screenshot of your current licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Ability to independently manage a PreK12 caseload
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Adaptable and collaborative attitude for working across elementary and middle schools
  • Confidence in serving diverse student populations

Role highlights:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from PreK to 12th grade
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, individualized therapy, and write/implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state & federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for effective student integration
  • Manage a consistent caseload across general and special education classrooms
  • Select your preferred work schedule each week, within the 35-hour schedule aligned with the school day
  • Opportunities may include extended school year (ESY) assignments for 20252026
