Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite with K-12 students for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract role offers the chance to make a difference in the lives of students by providing critical support for their communication development in a vibrant educational setting near Warren, MI.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Michigan SLP license is required.
  • CCC-SLP or strong candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome.
  • Background in schools preferred, working with diverse student populations.
  • Solid understanding of K-12 speech-language therapy practices.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, onsite speech-language services to K-12 students according to IEPs and district guidelines.
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other professionals to maximize student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Support and empower students to overcome communication challenges and foster academic growth.
