Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy programs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver support and guidance
• Monitor and document student progress to ensure measurable growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, share progress reports, and provide recommendations
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students as designated
