Skills & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current, valid state licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for children
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusivity and supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
• Utilize both individual and group intervention methods
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support students progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
